1.Program overview

1.1 The HARP Health Network is conducting a promotional draw offering one (1) luxury holiday to Vanuatu to an eligible participating healthcare professional who is a registered member of the HARP Health Network and agrees to display an approved HARP information and marketing stand in their clinic.

1.2 Entries will be allocated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. A patient referral does not need to result in an admission to HARP Private Rehab to qualify for referral entries.

1.3 The draw will be conducted using RandomDraws.com, an independent electronic random-draw service, using a verifiable random selection process. A certificate of compliance and associated draw records will be retained by HARP.

1.4 Entry into the promotion is free. Participants are not required to purchase goods or services from HARP to enter.

2.Eligibility

2.1 To participate, an entrant must:

  • Be a registered member of the HARP Health Network;
  • Be a practicing healthcare professional, including a general practitioner, specialist or allied health professional, in Australia;
  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Display an approved HARP information and marketing stand in their clinic in accordance with Section 4; and
  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 A person may not enter if they:

  • Are employed by HARP Private Rehab or a related entity;
  • Are involved in conducting or managing the promotion or determining its winner;
  • Have a material commercial relationship with HARP other than participation in the HARP Health Network;
  • Are under 18 years of age;
  • Have been disqualified from participating by a court, regulator or government authority; or
  • Are otherwise prohibited from participating under applicable legislation or professional obligations.

2.3 The promotion opens at 9:00 AM AEST on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 December 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

2.4 Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable professional, ethical, employment and regulatory obligations.

3.Entry allocation

3.1 Base entries: 10 entries

Ten (10) base entries will be awarded to an eligible participant who:

  • Joins or is registered with the HARP Health Network;
  • Satisfies the eligibility requirements in Section 2; and
  • Meets the stand-display requirements in Section 4.

3.2 Referral entries: 5 entries per eligible referral

Five (5) additional entries will be awarded for each verified eligible patient referral, subject to the limits in Sections 3.3 and 3.4.

A referral qualifies if it is verified through HARP’s referral records or through the participant’s confirmed submission within the applicable verification period.

A referral does not need to result in an admission to HARP Private Rehab for the participant to receive referral entries.

A clinical decision, recommendation or referral must always be based on the patient’s needs and interests. Participation in this promotion must not influence clinical judgment or interfere with a healthcare professional’s legal, ethical or professional obligations.

3.3 Referral bonus cap: 20 entries

A maximum of four (4) eligible referrals may earn additional entries.

The maximum number of referral-related entries available to any participant is therefore twenty (20), calculated as follows: 4 eligible referrals × 5 entries = 20 referral entries.

3.4 Maximum entries: 30 entries

The maximum number of entries that any participant may hold is thirty (30), calculated as follows: 10 base entries + 20 maximum referral entries = 30 total entries.

3.5 Verification

Participants must submit any required referral verification information through the HARP Portal or designated verification form no later than 11:59 PM AEDT on 7 January 2027.

Participants must not submit unnecessary patient health information. Any patient information provided to HARP must be disclosed lawfully, with any consent required by applicable privacy, health-records and professional obligations.

Entries will be finalised after verification is completed. Ineligible, unverifiable or duplicate referrals will be removed, and the maximum entry cap will be enforced.

Only one allocation of referral entries may be awarded for each eligible referral. Duplicate submissions will not be counted.

HARP may request reasonable supporting information to verify an entry, provided that doing so complies with applicable privacy and healthcare laws.

4.Stand requirements

4.1 Participants must display a HARP-approved information and marketing stand at their clinic for at least thirty (30) consecutive days during the promotional period from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026.

4.2 The stand:

  • Must display current HARP branding and materials approved by HARP;
  • Must be displayed in an appropriate and publicly visible area of the clinic;
  • Must remain intact and must not be materially altered;
  • Must be displayed in accordance with applicable advertising and professional requirements; and
  • Must not contain any misleading, deceptive or unapproved representation concerning HARP or its services.

4.3 HARP will provide or approve the materials required for the stand. Participants are responsible for assembling, placing and maintaining the stand at their clinic and for obtaining any approval required from the clinic owner or operator.

4.4 Participants may be contacted approximately seven (7) days before the promotion closes and asked to confirm compliance with the stand requirements.

4.5 HARP may request reasonable evidence of compliance, including a dated photograph of the stand as displayed in the clinic. Failure to provide the requested confirmation may result in the participant’s base entries being withheld or removed.

5.Draw mechanics

5.1 The draw will be conducted at 12:00 PM AEDT on 14 January 2027 using RandomDraws.com. HARP will retain the certificate of compliance and associated draw records.

5.2 Each verified entry will have an equal chance of being selected. Participants holding additional verified entries will have proportionately more entries included in the draw, up to the maximum of thirty (30) entries.

5.3 One (1) provisional winner and at least one (1) reserve entrant will be selected. A reserve entrant may be contacted if the provisional winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5.4 The provisional winner will be subject to eligibility verification before being confirmed as the winner.

5.5 The confirmed result will be published on the HARP website and communicated to participants by email no later than 28 January 2027, subject to successful verification of the provisional winner.

5.6 HARP may postpone the draw where reasonably necessary because of a technical failure, regulatory direction or another circumstance beyond HARP’s reasonable control. Participants will be notified of any material change.

6.Privacy and data handling

6.1 Participation is voluntary. A participant may withdraw before the promotion closes by contacting HARP. Upon withdrawal, all entries associated with that participant will be removed from the draw, subject to any legal record-retention requirements.

6.2 HARP may collect and process:

  • The participant’s name, clinic details and contact information;
  • Professional registration and eligibility information;
  • Entry and referral-verification information;
  • Stand-compliance information;
  • Communications relating to the promotion; and
  • Information reasonably required to administer, audit and verify the draw.

6.3 HARP will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

6.4 Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner, award the prize, maintain required compliance records and communicate with participants where permitted by law.

6.5 HARP will not require or intentionally collect unnecessary patient clinical information for the purpose of administering the promotion. Participants are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted to HARP has been collected and disclosed lawfully.

6.6 Information may be disclosed to service providers involved in administering the promotion, including the independent draw provider, professional advisers, travel providers and regulators where required by law.

6.7 Promotion records may be retained for up to seven (7) years following completion of the draw where reasonably required for legal, verification, taxation, dispute-resolution or compliance purposes. Information that is no longer reasonably required will be securely deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable law.

6.8 Privacy enquiries and requests for access or correction should be sent to privacy@harprivaterehab.com.au.

7.Winner notification and prize claim

7.1 The provisional winner will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) business days after the draw.

7.2 To claim the prize, the provisional winner must provide:

  • Satisfactory proof of identity;
  • Evidence of current professional registration or other eligibility;
  • A signed prize-acceptance form; and
  • Any documentation reasonably required to book or provide the prize.

7.3 If the provisional winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days after HARP’s initial notification, is found to be ineligible or cannot accept the prize, HARP may award the prize to the first eligible reserve entrant or conduct a redraw using the same methodology, subject to applicable law.

7.4 The prize is one (1) luxury holiday to Vanuatu, including return economy flights, accommodation and the activities expressly identified in the separate prize schedule supplied or published by HARP.

7.5 The prize is subject to:

  • Availability and applicable booking periods;
  • Airline, accommodation and activity-provider conditions;
  • Passport, visa, entry, health and travel requirements;
  • Any exclusions stated in the prize schedule; and
  • Any lawful travel restrictions applying at the time of travel.

7.6 Unless expressly included in the prize schedule, the prize does not include passports, visas, travel insurance, meals, ground transport, spending money, taxes, medical expenses or incidental expenses.

7.7 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where otherwise required by law or approved by HARP in writing.

7.8 The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any permitted travelling companion satisfy all applicable travel and entry requirements. HARP is not responsible where the winner or companion cannot travel because they fail to satisfy those requirements.

7.9 If the prize remains unclaimed thirty (30) days after notification, it may be awarded to an eligible reserve entrant or through a redraw, subject to applicable trade-promotion requirements. HARP will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner before reawarding the prize.

8.Exclusions and limitations

8.1 Participation does not create an obligation for HARP to refer patients to a participating healthcare professional.

8.2 The promotion is intended to increase awareness of the HARP Health Network. It must not be represented as payment for a clinical recommendation, an admission, a particular treatment outcome or patient volume.

8.3 No reward, clinical benefit, commission or other payment is available in connection with a referral beyond the entry allocation expressly described in these Terms and Conditions.

8.4 Participants must not make misleading claims or represent that HARP endorses their professional services merely because they participate in the HARP Health Network or promotion.

8.5 HARP may disqualify a participant who:

  • Provides false, misleading or incomplete information;
  • Manipulates or attempts to manipulate the entry process;
  • Submits duplicate, fabricated or unauthorised referrals;
  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions;
  • Breaches applicable privacy, healthcare or professional requirements; or
  • Engages in conduct that may compromise the integrity of the promotion.

8.6 Subject to applicable law, HARP’s decision concerning verification, eligibility and administration of the promotion is final. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8.7 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HARP is not responsible for late, lost, corrupted, misdirected or incomplete entries or for technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.8 HARP reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical failure, legal or regulatory requirements, events beyond HARP’s reasonable control or another substantial issue affecting the promotion’s fairness or integrity.

8.9 If a material amendment is made, HARP will notify participants and make the updated Terms and Conditions publicly available. Any required regulatory notification or approval will be obtained before the amendment takes effect.

9.General

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals competent to hear disputes arising under those laws.

9.2 The promotion is also subject to any applicable trade-promotion requirements in the Australian states and territories in which it is conducted. HARP will obtain and publish any required authority or permit number before the promotion opens.

9.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

9.4 A failure or delay by HARP in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9.5 Technical, privacy and promotional support is available by emailing privacy@harprivaterehab.com.au or calling 1800 325 091 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM AEDT, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

9.6 By entering the promotion, the participant confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
  • Satisfy the eligibility requirements;
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; and
  • Have considered their applicable professional, privacy, employment and regulatory obligations.

9.7 These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the published prize schedule and HARP’s applicable privacy policy.
